How does biomass/biosoil prevent waste or garbage problem in the country? Do you find this valuable?

By using biomass or biosoil as a fertilizer a city's garbage on public markets alone which dumps 20 tons of waste in the form of vegetabe trimmings and meat and fish innards can be addressed. Do you find this valuable?

i always had the idea wherein the government will purchase garbage processors to segregate materials that can be recycled, the biodegradale ones for biomas and the remainig portion (around 20-30%...since in som studies - US i think,,or maybe UK- that most of the garbge collected, 70-75% are still viable for further use, reuse and recycle...there are now garbage-fired powerplants in US (the small counties with promised gov't subsidies are moving fast with this concept) that can always cater to 300-450 homes for their power. the garbage processor is around $12M ( Php pesos 450-500 million)....BUT, not only can they recoup the expenses via the marketing of recyclable materials (aluminum cans, plastics, papers..) provide jobs...and also the use of the residual garbage for power production. well, it's just a thought since the government will need private party support because the fact that the government has no business in conducting business...then again, we are supportng NAPOCOR. but the gov't showed via PNOC-EDC that governement and private party partbership may well show the way to sustainable development and environmental consciousness.. Do you find this valuable?

the newly built montalban, rizal methane gas generator was 1 good example it can generate 30Mw of electricity to generate power to electrify rizal residents, and i don't know how much that project costs but it would definitely recovered in the long run, plus the carbon dioxide or greenhouse gas reduction through convertion of methane as a fuel for generator power plant. Do you find this valuable?

the rule of thumb for gross estimating the cost in power generation is $ 2-3 million per MW. there is a foreign entity that promotes local power generation within small geographic parcels. the foreign funded projects promotes the use of methane generated from pig manure. you must have a large pig farm in order to receive funding. the power generated is transmitted and distributed within small barangays, as well as support for local electrification project by the local government during nighttime. Do you find this valuable?

well said, you must have been worked for the government agency or an engineer, right? Do you find this valuable?
